Meet Ashley

Ashley Kyar has been a broker since 2016. She loves all aspects of the business, from touring homes to being part of such an important and exciting moment in her clients’ lives!

Ashley always aims to help her clients find exactly what they are looking for and acts as a guide throughout the transactional process; for her every transaction is personal. She cares deeply about the results and becomes emotionally invested from the start. She strongly believes that her clients’ success is also her success and fully understands what a large investment purchasing a home is! Ashley does whatever is humanly possible to get her clients what they want during negotiations, protecting their interests and bringing everything to a happy and successful closing.

Born and raised in The Dalles, Ashley brings a local’s perspective to the surrounding neighborhoods and region. She is based in the John L. Scott Columbia Gorge office, and primarily focuses her work in The Dalles, White Salmon, Dallesport, Hood River and Lyle.

In her spare time, Ashley likes reading, baking, working in her yard and getting crafty with crocheting. She enjoys finding fun things to do outside of the house with her child, from going to the movies, swimming, going on walks or heading to a local park.
